Land Search Consultation - If you're passionate about creating a sustainable and self-sufficient ecosystem through permaculture, let us be your partners in finding the perfect land to make it happen.
Online Design Consultation - This is the first stage of design process that we offer as we need to understand your great vision and give you the necessary feedback.
Onsite Design Consultation - This Consultation is also a part of the Design process, but we meet on your site to discuss your brief and objectives.
Initial Online Consulation
During Initial Online Consultation, we will answer your queries related to Permaculture and holistic approach to gardening and farming.
If you have questions about potential Permaculture features and systems that could be created on your property, we are happy to discuss and clarify what is possible or not. We’ll need access to your location on google maps as well as topography maps that you possess, so we can quickly examine your area.
Land Search Consultation
We understand that finding the perfect piece of land to start your homesteading / permaculture project can be both exciting and overwhelming. We help individuals pinpoint the ideal qualities of land that aligns seamlessly with your vision and goals.
Here's how we can assist you:
1. Tailored Recommendations: We understand that each project is unique. Based on your specific requirements and aspirations, we provide personalized recommendations on the location, layout, and features that your chosen land should possess to maximize its potential for success.
2. Discovering attractive land listings: We embark on a quest to pinpoint properties that match your criteria.
3. Expert Analysis: We conduct thorough analyses of potential properties. We consider factors such as soil quality, water availability, sunlight exposure, climate conditions, and more to ensure that your future land supports the growth of your homestead.
We can conduct on-site visits and assessments in European countries or do the assessments remotely as long as we have access to detailed land offers.
4. Detailed Reports: Following our assessment, we provide you with comprehensive report outlining the land's suitability for your projects. This report will empower you with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions.
Guidance Throughout the Process: Our support doesn't stop at property assessment. We're here to guide you through every step of the process, from selecting the land to creating a permaculture design. Your success is our priority, and we're committed to seeing your vision come to life.
Online Design Consultation process
In order to design your landscape, and do it solely online, we'll go through six stages of the design process with you.
Firstly, you'll book initial consultation and you'll complete online form describing your site, your requirements and your vision.
Secondly, we'll discuss your form during the first online consultation.
Thirdly, we'll make proposal and send it to you.
Next we'll arrange the second consultation with you to talk you through it.
Once we're on the same page with the vision of your landscape, we'll produce a design for you.
Lastly, we'll arrange final review consultation to explain features of the design and the necessary steps to be taken to successfully implement it.
Onsite Design Consultation
If you would like us to to arrive at your property and design it, we'll happily do so.
We need to receive online form completed at your convenience describing your site, your goals and objectives. Secondly, we'll schedule the consultation on your site. Thirdly, we'll make proposal, send it to you and will book an online consultation with you to discuss it. When we agree on the proposed solutions, we'll design your landscape and we'll arrange a final consultation online to describe design aspects and implementation actions.
